Small Business Group is a full service accounting firm, since 1977, whose mission is to help entrepreneurs "grow their business." SBG provides tools to grow the profits of the enterprise by implementing a realistic plan and then monitoring successful outcomes. We can provide the owner with a graphic picture of the profit and productivity of the business over the past five years.

Our "Phases Of Growth" gives a value report card on progress toward increased profitability and documents what the business is currently worth. We are particularly good at helping plan and facilitate ownership succession, mediate family-owned business decisions, and conceptualize the franchising of your vision.

Tax planning, preparation and representation are available by our staff. Our goal is to have "no surprises" for our clients at tax time. Tax planning in October/November, and then implementing these plans in December, ensures the lowest legal tax for the entrepreneur and the business.

SBG maintains a full accounting staff to supplement the needs of the entrepreneur as the business grows. Confidentiality and security need to be maintained as the business grows, and SBG can provide full accounting services until the business needs a full-time controller.
