Your wage should have been ￡3.72 ph at 16. You have been had, and they are getting free work. You could phone ACAS 08457 47 47 47 and put in a complaint, but it won't get you your job back.

i went to a takeaway for work they said it would be one week training 5 hours a day then i would be working 3.50 an hour .. im 16 . after completing the training they told me there were no shifts available yet still had the workers wanted sign up and more people were training so basically i got had of is there anything i can do about this .

Also all there workers get paid 3.50-4.00 regardless of their age shouldn't they be getting minimum wage .
