No one can answer that for you. Most likely there are a few times when they have come before the date but if they are delayed you can expect to be waiting longer. If you have tracking information on your package you can try that but if not then your just going to have to wait it out like the rest of us do when we have no tracking information.

Some times they do, it all depends on where is coming from/going to.
