I purchased a surface pro 3 today, As I opened it (weird boxing) it dropped and cracked the screen. I didn't even get to turn it on. I believe I have within 15 days of the purchasing date to get geeksquad protection on my item. Will I be covered? are there any fees I have to pay once I make a claim?
I hear that it is nearly impossible to replace the screen on these things. I will probally need a new one. I am really nervous and worried. I dropped a lot of money on this and school is starting in 2 weeks. There is no way I can find the money to buy another one. College is already expensive enough. I bought this to use ebooks since they are cheaper than 150$ text books which I need about 10 of them this semester.
