My manager has been giving me no hours at work and putting me in call. I really don't understand why because I sell the most out if all the people! Even customers praise me and the department head has congratulated me and my team when I was working so why am I not getting any hours??? I am getting super annoyed since I will always sell way more than my target! She has made me go early too before saying " you've reached your target you can go home now."
