Who should I report modelling scam to?

What exactly have these people done wrong? If they have your personal details it's because you willingly handed them over. Saying they are 'dodgy' isn't going to get you anywhere; it's meaningless, especially as you have no clear evidence (or even an idea) of wrongdoing.

Not all fund raisers are endorsed by the charity. People raise money for The United Way, Red Cross etc all the time without their knowledge.

You don't mention any proof that what happened is a scam. For Trading Standards to investigate you are going to have to provide them actual proof, not a suspicion, that a scam is happening. Nobody will investigate a suspicion, only proof

Thanks, but that charity have done a bit of digging and something is definitely not quite right about this and they are looking into it. They are aware of the event but they have been given different details such as the date and what companies are running it.

Hi, recently I went to an open casting call for catwalk models for a charity fundraising event. Now while the charity itself is completely legit and have my suspicions that the events company organising it and the so-called "model agency" involved with it are a bit dodgy.

I didn't attend as an aspiring model but as they were asking for anyone to come along I thought it would be fun (esp as it's for a good cause).

I've contacted the charity and there is definitely something a bit iffy going on (they're trying to do their own digging and are keeping in touch with me) as this event is not endorsed by them.

Is there somewhere I can report this to like Trading Standards, etc? I gave them no money but they do have personal details and I'm concerned about this? I've looked at The Trading Standards website but not sure who would be appropriate to flag this up to.
