As for posting posters, that's a local question - if you see posters on utility poles, etc. you can probably add your own. If not, they're probably removed.
Also think of market opportunities - you don't want to advertise to everyone, but a select group - the cafe/restaurant is probably a better option if it attracts a lot of younger parents. Day care centers, community centers, primary schools, etc. would also be good. You want to post posters where your core audience is likely to be.
there is a little restaurant place in my neighborhood but my posters all ways are taken off. I need to find a pace to put it (by the way i'm 12) My neighborhood as a lot of little kids so I am not sure where to but it. is it legal to put it on trees or something?! I need help D:
