Nowhere. No province allows 11 year-olds to work. Minimum ages are 12-14 depending upon the province -- even then you require special permission. The general working age in most provinces is 15 or 16. McDonald's (and most employers) won't hire anyone under 15 (or 16 depending on the province).
Only jobs available would be self-employment type jobs -- baby sitting, car washing, window washing, lemonade stands, etc.

See if you can babysit, good money and it looks good on a resume it shows that you can not only take care of yourself, but others.
