I'm considering buying a hairdressing/beauty salon as my first business. I don't have any experience as a hairdresser only as a client, I'm also considering paying for my younger sister to become a hairdresser and learn beauty because she's always wanted too and also to help her get out of trouble.If I do buy the business and employ her, what arrangement in regards to wages and conditions should I give her and still make a profit I don't want to short change her but it's still a business.
