I sent in a laptop for repair to the manufacturer, got it back with two other problems. Got frustrated, emailed the manufacturer. they've told me to send it back for repair and said they'd provide me a shipping label as well. Today, they provided me with a shipping label that contains a barcode, addresses, and specs of package. Does this shipping label count as a stamp? Does this mean I don't have to pay for shipping when I send my package? I'm very confused. Thanks in advance.
