If your looking for a prodject that could make you money you could try buying something thats broken off ebay then fixing it up, I currently do that for iPhones, buy them broken then fix and sell them on. Great fun and makes a bit of money.
You could try buying a broken car, fixing windshields, replacing tyers or making your own doors or window frames etc etc..***:D
zoning laws may not allow you to do that from home
