I am opening an online store with goods you can only buy directly from the manufacturer or online stores. I cannot answer why you can only find it online. That is between the company and the vendors. Different vendors have different prices on the products which I believe is because each vendor can buy in bulk at different rates, allowing a greater discount to the buyer. I contacted the companies for whole sale prices but it's still more expensive than if I bought it from another vendor online. I created an e-commerce online store and was wondering is it legal for me to just buy the products as retail through these other vendors and to just increase the price $10 - 25 and resell it? What are the retail laws on this? I know once you buy an item it's yours but the brand still belongs to the company so you cannot advertise it in a negative way. I do not plan on doing that I just want the product and want to resell it through another source such as my online store to make profit like any store dealer would. Can anybody answer these questions and provide some legal information on this. Thank you
