BTW, I often trade with US. It takes about a month for items to arrive to UK.

Unless he paid for Air freight. Think how long it would take you to cross atlantic in a boat.
If he sent the parcel by air, it will arrive quicker than if he sent it by boat. Air mail is more expensive than shipping by boat. Ask him how he shipped the parcel and adjust your expectations accordingly.

A friend of mine has posted a parcel 5 working days ago from US (to UK).
He has given me the USPS customs number: every time I try to track it USPS says: "Item not found.
Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site.
A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office."
I've contacted my friend and he has definitely posted it.
What's wrong?
