UPS will redirect for multiple reasons such as someone nearby is having a package delivered or you have 2 surepost deliveries scheduled on the same day. I have just experienced this by ordering two packages from amazon on the same day. Now I get it a day early :)

Your package will be delivered by the friggin postal servuce
your package is out for delivery. So you'll have to wait just like i did
The service is supposed to be passed to usps for final delivery, but I guess they decided to upgrade me to ups ground or something?
