I'm tying to start a children's princess birthday party business. And I have several questions:

What should the name of my business be?

I have packages I'm offering. How much should I charge for each package?

Do I need a permit for this business?

How do I advertise?

How do I make a website for this business?

How should I act during the party?

What if a child asks me a weird question? (Ex: How do you say "elephant" in Spanish Rapunzel?)

What activities should I offer?

I know I'm not allowed to specify the actual names of Disney characters in my princesses, but I can replicate them, However, am I allowed to reference Disney songs or Disney in regular conversation? Are the children allowed to call me the original name of the character?

(Ex: I call my princess: The Ice Princess, since I'm not allowed to say Anna. But can they call me Anna?)
