Every single webcam site owns the rights to all images and videos through the site and can distribute them anywhere they want. They don't inform you if they are using your pictures or videos. They also own the rights throughout perpetuity, meaning 20 years from his they can use your pictures or videos to advertise online, on late night tv, sell them to porn sites or anywhere else they want and they don't have to tell you or compensate you. They will record all of your chats and can do whatever they want with them. Every site is the same and they make loads of money reselling these videos to various porn sites

Are you kidding me?! "Exploit" is the operative word here. STAY AWAY!!!

Every site that I know of has that same policy. Typically your stuff isn't going to be used by them unless you are a top model with an about average conversion ratio. I've recruited thousands of webcam models over the years and have yet to see any of them in ad.

I've considered becoming a webcam model on chaturbate, but am slightly unsure. It says in the user agreement that they have the right to record and exploit my services for advertising and promoting the site. Will they inform me if this happens? I'm really interested, but worry that my picture/recording may pop up on some porn site or something as an ad, and I don't really want people I know potentially seeing me.

I've also considered becoming a model for the sites WebcamModels.com and Flirt4Free.com, though I'm not 100% sure what their policies for recording and distributing are.

Anyway, anyone have any experience working for any of these sites? If so, please let me know! Could be helpful to talk to someone who knows what they are doing.
