How did you know he signed for it? Did you include a signature confirmation? If you did, then send a copy of that to PayPal to reverse the refund.
You are a 14 year old child. eBay and Paypal tried to protect you by prohibiting you from using their sites, but like a typical brat you think you're smarter than everyone else, so you sold your item anyway. And you got ripped off as anyone could have predicted and you richly deserve. Stop whining about it.
You've just learned how few honest people there are in the world. Now pay close attention to the rules to help protect yourself.
Sorry, I'd say take it as a lesson for next time, always provide a tracking number unless the item is so cheap that you would rather refund the price in full to a dishonest person than pay for tracking.
eBay overwhelmingly sides with the buyer, so you really need to be precise.
at this point you cant really do anything except supply them with tracking number next time.

This guy bought my item on eBay then opened a case saying I didn't supply tracking number which I didn't ebay sided in his favor n his money was refund but now he has my item and I know he has it cause he signed for it but now eBay can't do anything and cause I didn't give them a tracking number before hand so now I have no money or my item and he won't respond to my messages what am I suppose to do
