Too limited a market. You need bums on seats every day. Most days you will be empty. people do not eat out every day and you are limiting yourself.

I'm thinking of setting up a pescetarian café. A pescetarian is someone who eats fish but not meat. There seem to be more vegetarians these days and I'd cater for them as well, but what are the pros and cons of setting up a business like this?
