when you have tentative approval, you must file a one a week for
four weeks posting as a legal notice in a newspaper. When that
is done, you take that proof of newspaper posting to the
dept of corporations or whatever name your state has and
you are good to go
When starting an LLC in Florida do you need to do anything regarding the actual name of your business prior to filing the Articles of Organization, or will the name approval be apart of this process?
