-learn how to draw anime
-learn about the writers/directors, animators of popular animes that you all enjoy
-learn about animes that arent as popular
-learn about the various shows the voice actors have also spoken in
-if theres some kind of anime studio you all could visit
-learn about japanese culture and have a food day
-during christmas have a secret santa anime style!
-have movie nights and watch your favorite animes
-read manga (have a book club type of set up)
-each week learn a japanese phrase
-watch behind the scenes of anime shows (like of the animators, voice actors, etc. put together the project)

My friend and I are starting an anime club at school. I am really passionate about the subject and I am ready to put forth the effort to run a club. However, I am stuck on what should I do. Things such as, What activities should we do? How will we entertain our members? How often do we meet up? During meetings, what kind of things should we do? etc...
Any advice from anyone who runs a club at their school is appreciated. However, if you specifically run an Anime club at your school I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!
