That is a legal can of worms. I see more potential legal issues than you can imagine. If you are serious about opening this business, you need to meet with a business lawyer well versed in international on-line marketing.

I want to make a Paypal account, so the customers can buy something intangible on a website I want to start, I am clueless, I live in Egypt now, there's no receiving in Paypal here,
The question is :
Is it okay if I asked a relative in the USA or South America to open a bank account in an American bank, with his name, then tell them to send the details and everything to me, then open the Paypal account, or it won't work or I will get suspended,
And I am really not sure how big my website will be, I mean if I got millions of dollars from people who bought This intangible thing, how can I withdraw them ? Is there any limits for Paypal account ? Does my relative Need to wire transfer the money for to my bank account here ? how much is Paypal's cut ? should I make a merchant account ?
And the most important thing, I am a minor. Can I open the Paypal account in my own name and info ? or should I put my dad's or something ? would it be a problem for if I am not in the same country that I have the bank account linked to my Paypal ? I mean the account will be in the US or South America, I am in Africa at the time, so with different names on the Paypal and the bank account and the website, would that trigger any legal issues ?
