I'm in Canada and thinking about getting a loan of around $20-$35k to start a company.

I'm wondering how do you get to use that money for the loan? Do you get a special debit card? Separate type of account in your bank? Or does it just go in your checking or savings account?

Also, do they track every single purchase you make?
