Should i open a Ebay dispute?

You don't state what type of shipping was used. Since the seller did not specify when he would ship it you really have no case yet. If it doesn't show up at all, within another week or two since we don't know what method was used, then you can file an item not received dispute.

Shipping estimates are not written in stone. They are estimates by the carrier and may be off by a few days. Since you apparently bought it last Wednesday and it's suppose to arrive tomorrow I'm assuming it's Parcel Post/Select. Those estimates can sometimes be off by a week or more.

So i won an auction on Ebay and paid right after i won. This was early Wednesday morning. i really needed this item by next Wednesday (tomorrow) and the shipping said it would be there by Wednesdays. so i waited and i checked again on Saturday and the item still didn't ship. I looked at the details of the auction and it said the handling time was unspecified. i decided to wait until monday. Monday night it didnt say it shipped so i messaged the guy asking to cancel the order because i was just going to go to the store and pay a little more for it since i wasn't sure when it would get there. he sent a message back saying he wasnt able to because he already shipped it. I message him back about 2 minutes later asking for the tracking number and i still havent gotten a response.

Should i just wait a little longer and hope it comes tomorrow or should i open a dispute
