I've been making cold process soap for a few good years now, and have been approached by several friends and family to sell them some. I have thus only been giving it away;however, it would be nice to get some money back so i can make more soap and feed my addiction.
I know that in canada soap is considered a cosmetic and thus needs a label in Canadian and french listing the ingredients and a few other song and dance type things. My question is do you think that only applies to 'businesses' that make a certian amount of money a year etc etc.
I mean, im from a small town in canada, a lot of people i know sell various home made items (pies, cabbage rolls, knitted things, wood workings, etc) with no sort of license or anything.
