Quick Ebay question.?

you dont need to open a case, calm down

if they havent send it they will simply refund you

if they have, just send it back and they will refund you

they're not trying to scam you, you just didn't read carefully

Yes, they are allowed to put any information like that underneath.

If they don't send the book, they will refund you automatically. But if you receive the book with no CD, you can try opening the case, but since it was listed on there that it didn't include it, its hard to tell if they will force a refund.

I Just bought a textbook on ebay that was listed as new. What I didn't read was the part that was under the detailed Item description. It added information that is extremely important about how they only sell international books and don't come with CD's. Is it allowed to put that information under everything(not in the actual description)? I quickly sent them a email withing 10 minutes asking for a refund if it doesn't include the CD before they would even get a chance to send it out. If it doesn't come with a CD will Ebay force them to refund it if i create a case?
