If you have a smartphone, and install the eBay app, it has a cash register "ChuChing!" that sounds every time a person even simply bids on an item. Can almost be annoying!
It should automatically do that so you can keep an eye on it. In the settings you can update when it notifies you. You could also watch your own item and set up alerts for that.
Am I able to set it up so I can get an email every time someone bids on one of my items?
