I like Alexander's Pizzeria because any name with dough in it sounds like a bakery shop.

Oreganos is already a chain store in az they have about 14 locations. Come up with something original a name will come to you. Then when people ask about your name you can come up with a great story and it will actually mean more to you. Also look at what type of ingredients tour selling and type of food and go from there.
