Check with Pay Pal if you over pay there is a way to get a refund no matter who you use USPS, Fed Ex, UPS ... I just don't know how it's done >> always the Buyer , never the Seller !

When I print and pay for a shipping label what if I did it wrong and the post office has to fix something? Am I out my shipping money or will I just have to add extra money?
