Your options:
a) bring in a leader either as an employee or a consultant who really has the tools to drive the company forward.
b) sell your share to the other guy or buy his share out.
c) learn to be a better leader. If you were, you could make the guy like your decisions.

Me and my partner have a 50/50 partnership, however he is very uneducated with this kind of business and we continuously run into issues because we cannot come to an agreement. I have proposed the same contract to him again as myself getting 51% and him having 49% the only difference would be me making the final business decision when needed.. although my partner does not like this idea. any suggestions??
