If there was something dishonest going on, I would get out of there. But since you don't say you have proof, it would depend on how much I like beer. That's the nice thing about having more than one job...it gives you options and it always gave me an attitude. I didn't take a lot of crap so I had the balls to corner the boss for the raise. Do that first.

Make sure you find a new job before you hand your notice in. You say you don't need it that bad? Well I'm sure you'd be better off earning some money, than sitting around doing nothing as the alternative. Like I say, I'd keep it until you find a new job full time or part time if I were you.
