If you do have an LLC, your income and expenses are reported on Schedule C of your 1040.
Get the point?
File it on a schedule C with your regular tax return.
Forming an LLC will not give you a meaningful benefit, and it will cost you money and it will add to your paperwork.
so i been coding apps and making some money.. I also sold an app for four thousand but i broke even on it no profit made. Now i spent about 5000 in random business expenses and made probably around 5500.. Do i need an LLC to file these taxes or can i just use schedule D on my income tax return.. I am very lost and i have a ton of receipts.. I am willing to open an LLC.. But I'm going to use Turbo tax for this time around but normally i would do them myself.. Also if i open an LLC will it benefit me now or in the future thank you
