I'm buying the eCommerce plan from Wix and it says it cost $194.00($16.17/month). Total $194.

Do I have to pay this all at once or will it only take out $16.17?

A binding contract would be required to get a year price with monthly payments. Wix seems to not have that.

You would have to pay the entire year up front, or set up a month to month account with a higher monthly cost.
