In order to attract shops there builders have to demonstrate that there is sufficient customer base near enough and the the place will be attractive enough to generate profit for the stores.
(please do not use the dreadful Amercanism of "mall").
I live in north wales & have to drive an hour & a bit just to get to new look & was wondering if anyone knew how other malls were created, who do you suggest it to? How can we push towards getting a small one built with just a couple of shops (primark, nail/hair salon, cafe etc.)
