Hi

All I typed into google was uk womens clothing wholesaler (or similar variations) and it came up with some wholesales which seem sped to offer fair prices for what looks to be good quality products.

One i found was 'Siic Clothing' which sold a variety of wholesale clothing in small quantitys as is ex chain store stock ( either bankrupt or surplus stock)

this will insure that the original seller wont have any in stock so luckily for you you've limited down your competition. One thing I looked for when browsing through the websites was three key points

-professionalism (does this wholesaler have a professional website with very few horror stories about how awful they are? Do they have stock at good prices? What does the quality look like? All these things help to reassure yourself that they are a reputable business)

-price (can I compete with the competition in a very crowded market? Is the quantity small enough that its a realistic prospect to buy? And finally does the products look good value for money- cheapness is not always key!)

- efficiency (how long will it take for the items to arrive? How easy will it be to restock on items? Are the prices a clearance price?)

If you do some searches and look for some kid the key points you'll end up with a reputable and select few suppliers you can trust. From my experiance you shouldn't rush into a new supplier. It can take a very long while to draw up a list of suitable products and how much they are going to cost.

A new supplier needs to be well researched because each month I spend thousands with some of my wholesales so you need to trust them (if they are worthy)

Once you have a list of products which you know you'll be able to compete with the price, service and competition then create a table or graph to show your businesses finances. With me I originally wrote all the transactions down in a large book in neat tables to show the cash flow in and out of the business. This must include your original balance, I started with a £200 investment and I would say until you've learnt a lot of valuable skills from ebay don't spend too much on it.

Say your budgets £500 (maximum) buy stock for £400 then you'll need to buy packaging and posting supplies and stamps (if any of your items weigh less than 100g and fit through the large letter slot. Don't bother with a courier right nowas you probably won't have enough items a day to cover the expense).

Have professional listings with not much or no writing on as this can obscure people's perception of the product and can lead to disappointment later down the line. Also make sure you have a clear image for individual products as well on (multi variation listings- MVL)

If you need any more help with any specific questions or queries just ask and ill check back

Thanks a lot
