I would like to go in california for open somenthing,and i have almost one hundred thousand U.S. dollars...the problem is that i am foreigner and i come to europe,i am Italian and in my country there is a bit crisis. I would like to open somenthing,what can i open with these money?,can i have some advance?For a foreigner what bureaucratic problems have i to face?
