If any of the negative reviews you read talk about their "penny auctions", keep in mind that they are not doing that any more.
DO NOT BUY FROM NO MORE RACK, it's a scam. I ordered on 11/24, 2 items. I still have nothing, the one item supposedly shipped and arrived, but it NEVER did. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a refund. They told me via email it's not their problem, I need to file a police report. After I emailed another 6 times they said they would consider giving me a credit after I file a police report but if I complain about another item not arriving, they'll cancel my account. The boots that I ordered at the same time still don't show shipped, they've showed a tracking number for 5 days but that tracking number doesn't appear in the tracking system at all. BUYER BEWARE you'll never get your items and they won't refund money, just a store credit where they'll say they shipped something else that you never receive. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN
Hi I have bought only four things on this websit all came. Got what I thought and loved them. I got a purfume that cost $90 for $25. Was a little on the ? Side but all good. Use it all the time. Some things are name brand some are not.
I have ordered several items thru them and i thought the same thing after looking the reviews up, i got kinda scared but so far all my stuff has come in and is very good quality and received within several days of shipment. so far i have no complaints and i have spent over $1000 dollars on this site.

They don't give refunds, only credit. This isn't a company I would trust.
(They also owned "BidRack" that got shut down for scamming)

I have personally bought several stuffs from this website before and each has been such a great deal! I'm a happy shopper of this website so far .... :)
So...... I found this website called no more rack.com. It SEEMS legit, but I'm not really sure. I AM going to look up "no more rack scam" to see all complaints, but I want personal or friend experiences.
