In regards to art commissioning...?

you are the perfect candidate to create an UPSIDE down income statement; I invented it in 1975. Do a regular income statement

and turn it upside down re the data it asks for.

YOU KNOW what you need for an hourly wage, etc

so, start there and at the end, your data will show you what

you need to gross weekly or monthly to reach that!

I have two questions relating to this.

Locally, I'm starting to take drawing requests. However, I don't know what I would have to charge to make a profit. I'm making these personalized name things. The work I put into one name takes about 1-1.5 hours depending on detail and request. I use copic markers; they're 8$ PER marker. Refills are the same price. The paper I'm using is cheap, 5$ for 25 sheets. Still good quality paper though.

What should I charge?

Second, if I were to start selling art not locally, like through my tumblr.. how do I go about PayPal and shipping and setting everything up? I'm just getting started and really need the money..
