I want to sign up for modelling?

There's no such thing as a "makeup model". Models with cosmetics contracts are established models who have worked in high fashion for awhile.

At 16, you should be at least 5'8", a size 00-4, and you must photograph well. If you aren't these things, then you would be looking at commercial modeling. Find a legitimate agency that deals with ACTRA or Equity and follow their guidelines.

The big Toronto agencies are Next, Elite and Elmer Olsen. There's also Sutherland but just be aware they have two businesses - the agency and the school. Everyone who submits photos is accepted into the school and you have to pay for it. If they realy think you are model material they will sign you to the agency directly without having you pay for school first

And as Simpson G says, there is no such thing as a makeup model. Look at any advertisement or counter display or poster. The models who work for makeup companies are all either high fashion runway models (Gisele, Adriana, Barbara Palvin, Daria Werbowy, Doutzen, etc) or they are celebrities (Cate Blanchett, Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman, etc)

I'm 15, almost 16, and I want to know how I can sign up for modelling. I want to know the agencies I can go to and how to sign up for them. I live In Ontario by the way if that's any help.
