For years I have thought about opening a taco shack,nothing to big or fancy just a good place to eat good tacos.I live in Tuscaloosa,Alabama where people love to eat,especially tacos.lol...I have saved so much to where I think I have enough to buy things.I have a lot of recipes for tacos,and also margarita recipes.It's probably going to be a family business or is this a bad idea?
I just need as much information as possible thanks.
Oh and I'm only 21 do you think I should wait longer and try to learn a little more about the food business?
