Hi, I am 22 year old guy from Bosnia with below average life conditions (money), so I decided to apply for the cruiser since I know English, I want to earn something and hopefully see the world. So to today I applied for Gift Shop salesman position and I passed the first test. Now the thing is I have experience with selling souvenirs since I work that job at Vrbas Camp, I am selling them to tourists so I also have experience with different kind of people, but.. I have never worked with watches or jewelry and obviously i will have to if I reach the ship. I would be very thankful if you could post me some links on most popular watches and jewelry or even better if you know what they have on cruise ships. What is most important to know about that, what does customers usually ask? :D
