Please don't change yourself. So many people did this with collagen and look like clowns. Linda Evans, Barbara Hershey (although I think she got rid of it). You won't look like yourself. Be happy with what you have, you are very blessed. Some people like burn victims would love to have your problem.

Don't do surgery, there's too much risk that your lips will get messed up and you would have wasted a lot of money. Leave your lips the way they are.

I think they look great anyway, but cosmetic surgery probably won't help you as they look pretty full already & just not wide but things like fillers won't help with that! Honestly I think you have nothing to worry about as you can see with all the other comments :D

Just love the way you are. No need to change your facial features to satisfy other people who feel you don't look good. And why don’t you post some pics of your face so that people here can advise you more effectively.

have really small lips and they make me feel super ugly because everyone always talks about how pretty big full lips are. Mine aren't like thin, just small. The rest of my face is also small except for my eyes. Is this bad?
