all you can do is keep sending messages and hope one of the get read and responded to
its possible that the seller is considering whether or not to cancel the transaction since it will hurt your reputation as a buyer and/or leave the seller out of pocket since a failed sale is out of pocket
If the item has not been delivered then E-Bay should settle your dispute. If you ordered it and it has been delivered then you've no chance of getting a refund unless the item is "not as described" or "not fit for purpose"
What was the cost? If it's less then $10 then I'd forget about it!
Calling PayPal would prove useless. Only the seller can decide to refund you at this point. The seller probably isn't all that happy that you asked in the first place. Don't put things in your cart you have no intention of buying.
Wow. How in the hell do you buy something accidently?
Its your fault, tough.
I accidentally purchased la-noire on eBay when purchasing another item and eBay added LA Noire to the final invoice wirthout me noticing meaning I paid for it when I didn't mean to... So, I'm out of pocket, this person hasn't delivered it nor responded to my requests to cancel the transaction and on PayPal there's no way to settle the dispute. I don't want to call them, it costs a lot of money. How do I get a refund?
