not sure if this was for monetary notation. if so the eighty would be followed by 'dollars', 'euros', 'yen' or what ever denotations.
Also since there is no decimal anywhere there is no 'and' in there. If there is a decimal then you use the and and write out the numbers to the right of it.

As you don't state what that number is for my response would be if it is money then I would put the dollar sign before it, if it's a measurement I would put that after it and if it is a count I would leave it as you have written it.
If it is being used in a story I may put it into words if applicable or leave it as it is, it depends on the situation.
That's exactly how I would write it: 92,560,080.
If you mean how would I *say* it, I would say "Ninety two million, five hundred and sixty thousand and eighty."
