Last Saturday (10 May, 2014), My friend sent me one Parcel from USA via US Postal Service but couldn't get it till today (17 May, 2014). Though, i got regular mails regarding USPS Shipment info for my Label Number but unable to locate my Label. Last mail shows the Shipment activity - "Customs clearance processing complete" in location "India" on Date & Time - "May 15, 2014 3:29 pm. I have also tried to locate my label current info at https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAc... but got failed.
At https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAc... it will ask you to "enter up to 10 numbers separated by commas." under Heading - What's your label (or receipt) number but when you will enter your number then you will get a message -
Tracking information is not available at this time. Please check back later or double-check the tracking number entered and try again.
Can anyone let me know the best way to track my Label info in India or provide me the contact number of US Postal Services in India
