While I don't think age will be a factor, I'm not really sure of the fine print in PayPal and eBay terms and condition. I would not suggest opening an account in your father's name. You'll be 18 soon enough, but maybe he would willing to help you get all your accounts open.

Well easiest way to do it is to ask your dad to help you out with creating accounts.

Regarding selling on eBay, I believe you dont have ''goods'' to sell, so here is one trick, find some online stores (chinese for ex everbuying or tinydeals), take their products and put them on your eBay profile with bigger price, when you get order simply go to ''online store''; buy product and ship it to buyers address.
