Hello everyone, I am a Software Engineer and want to develop a Web Portal where Employers can post jobs and freelancer can apply for it like guru.com, odesk.com etc. I don't have enough knowledge in marketing and business act. I am belongs to India and want to know about the process to start this type of marketplace.

Basically I want to know :

1. What I need to start this type of business?

2. Limitations.

3. Avoid to treat as a chit fund :)
