If the they sent it back to you then he was not in to accept it either you send him an email through ebay saying you were not in and i can send it again to a different address
Log in to PayPal.
Click Activity.
Click Details next to the relevant transaction.
Use the contact information to send the seller an email.

I sold an item to a guy 3 weeks ago and he never got it. But it was listed as delivered on the USPS website and that was 3 days after I sent it out. The item just came back to me but I still have his money that was paid for it in my PayPal account.
How do I go about giving him a refund if the item is listed as delivered? Do I have to click MARK AS UNPAID, or click REFUND on PayPal and then click CANCEL A TRANSACTION on eBay?
