I do some research about iBeacon, and I'm wonder that how can iBeacon expand our business?

First you have to understand that iBeacon is a term used to described Bluetooth Low Energy (or Bluetooth Smart) transmitters that emit a signal at 100ms intervals so they can meet Apple's requirements to be called an iBeacon.

Typical use cases involve proximity based experiences which can range from navigation, advertising, promoting, or simply recording data about customers using your application. iBeacons offer numerous benefits so the big question would be what kind of business are you in, do you already have an application built to use iBeacons, and what is your goal. It all depends on what your business currently does and who you are targeting. If I know more about your business then I could offer targeted advice, there is a lot iBeacons can do but it can be difficult to think of generic uses that can help all businesses.
