material plus labor costs - you probably won;t save a real lot if you use decent material

I found this really neat looking grim reaper coat and I really want it, but its very very expensive. Hundreds. Does anyone know how much I might get charged to have a seamstress make this? Would it even turn out to look pretty similar? Any other information that would help is much appreciated.
