Mon July 28 - Sept 28 .
That is 9 weeks pay.. 9 x 290 = $2,610 GROSS
No lectures on taxes -- you may be an independent contractor or maybe you claim EXEMPT for state and fed -- if so -- they will deduct 199.67 for social security & medicare taxes only. NET 2,410.34
9 weeks @ 40 hours per week = 360 hours £2610 which will also depend on which day they do the monthly wages but that is approximately what you will have.
You should be able to do this simple math in your head.
Estimated 2 months of pay at 160 hours/month.
320 hours X $7.25 = $2320
If curious you'll bring home roughly 85-90 percent of that after taxes, depending on your deductions.
If you're working a legit job, meaning you're not being paid under the table, you will need to account for taxes if you want to know how much you'll truly be making. Wait until you get your first pay check. That'll give you the amount you can expect every 2 weeks. Figure out how many pay checks you'll get from now until then and multiply that by the amount you made on your first check.
You will be owed $2610. You may or may not have it in hand by July 28th, depending on the pay schedule.
I will be getting payed each 2 weeks. How much will i make by september 28 If i work 40 hours a week and be payed 7.25? Thanks. Please don't count taxes. Thank you. I will be starting July 28.
